Music City is the best
- Nashville, TN does July 4 right. Downtown riverfront setting, great music, and an awesome fireworks show. Plus you're right next to all the great honkytonks and yummy restaurants of lower Broad. What could be better?

Freedom Fest in Pendleton SC
- My favorite July 4th event is Freedom Fest in Pendleton SC which will be July 2, 2011 at 6:30 at Veterans Park on Lebanon Rd. It is an old fashioned family event with games and activities for children, music by Southern Crescent Band, Bake Sale and Cake Walk, Great food, and the best fireworks display around.
