Each year, couples gather at the Savannah City Market to renew their marriage vows. This annual public ceremony begins at 7 p.m. Prizes from City Market shops are given to winners of various categories such as couple with the most children, couple married the longest and more.

Davenport House Museum Garden

For couples who wish to be married in a memorable setting without an elaborate ceremony, Davenport House Museum is planning a special Valentine's Day Event in the garden or on the museum's back porch overlooking the garden if the weather doesn't cooperate. Ceremonies will take place every 10 minutes from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. for a suggested donation of $100 to the museum. Guests may begin to arrive at 5 p.m. with appetizer service at 5:30.
