Three day culinary adventures at Blackberry Farm explore several facets of food and wine through observation format cooking demonstrations, wine tasting, lunches, dinners and receptions with visiting chefs, winemakers, artisans and vintners. During events such as Smoky Mountain Table and Glorious Cheese, guests are able to step outside of the kitchen and into the fields and gardens with Blackberry Farm artisans to explore the earth to table philosophy around which FarmStead has been developed.
