This one-week Sales Tax Holiday offers tax free shopping on items designated by the Department of Taxation as hurricane preparedness equipment, including: 2011 August School Supplies and Clothing Sales Tax Holiday - Friday, August 5 through Sunday, August 7, 2011. This three-day back-to-school Sales Tax Holiday offers tax free shopping on: 2011 October Energy Star and WaterSense Qualified Products Sales Tax Holiday - Friday, October 7 through Monday, October 10, 2011 (Columbus Day).
