2008 Sales Tax Holiday Information - Florida will not have a 2008 Sales Tax Holiday as confirmed by the Florida Department of Revenue.

2007 Sales Tax Holiday Information - For the first time, Florida scheduled two Tax Free Holidays for 2007:

2007 Summer Sales Tax Holiday: Saturday, August 4 at 12:01 a.m. - Monday, August 13, 2007 at midnight.

Florida's first Summer Sales Tax Holiday lasts 10 days and includes the following items:

  • Clothing and related items with a sales price of $50 or less

  • Books with a sales price of $50 or less

  • School supplies with a sales price of $10 or less

2007 Florida Tax Holiday for Hurricane Supplies: June 1 - June 12, 2007.
