- From North Carolina Highway 64: Cross the Virginia Dare Memorial Bridge and stay on Hwy 64 until it turns into Hwy 158 at the Whalebone Junction Intersection. Go through the intersection and Tanger Outlet Center will be on the immediate left.
- From Virginia Interstate 64: Take I-64 to Chesapeake. Take Exit 291 for US 17 South, VA 168 South. Merge left on VA 168 South. Follow VA 168 South into North Carolina. VA 168 South becomes NC 168 South. NC 168 South becomes US 158 East at Barco. Follow US 158 East to 16 Milepost in Nags Head. Tanger is on your right.
