The Aracoma Story - An Outdoor Historical Drama - Logan, West Virginia

Description:
Based on events that took place on nearby Midelburg Island in the late 1700s, this historical drama tells the tale of the star-crossed love of Aracoma, the Indian princess daughter of Chief Cornstalk, and Boling Baker, a scout from the army of General Braddock. To compliment The Aracoma Story, a contemporary musical show is performed during the summer as well. Chief Logan State Park, one of West Virginia's most visited state parks, is a 4000-acre park, which features a 25-site campground and a wildlife center in addition to the outdoor amphitheater.
