  • Festival of Flowers at Biltmore Estate - Asheville

  • NC Strawberry Festival and Hot Air Balloon Fiesta - Chadbourn

    Each year in early May (and this year, beginning on April 30th) Chadbourn, located near the South Carolina border, celebrates its annual strawberry crop with a parade, strawberry cooking contests, art exhibits, strawberry shortcake, free entertainment, a car show and more. In addition, weather permitting, there will be hot air balloon tethered and un-tethered flights and a balloon glow.
