The Grand Illumination Sparks the Christmas Celebration in Colonial Williamsburg

The Colonial Williamsburg Grand Illumination launches the Historic Area's holiday season on December 2, 2012 with period entertainment, the lighting of candles in the Historic District and dazzling fireworks displays. Throughout the season, the glow of Christmas candles, fragrant handmade decorations, seasonal music and hundreds of special programs and events offer memory-making experiences for all ages. When planning your visit, keep in mind that reservations are required for many of the popular Colonial Williamsburg Christmas Experience events.
