A few of the most popular spots for viewing the spectacular Washington, D.C. July 4th fireworks actually are located on the other side of the Potomac River in Arlington, Virginia. If you will be visiting Northern Virginia for Independence Day, find out about the best places in Arlington to watch the Washington, D.C. fireworks. The dazzling display, which takes place on the National Mall, is presented by the National Park Service as the finale to America's Biggest Birthday Party.
