The Marine Corps Marathon

A weekend of fun surrounds the Marine Corps Marathon, known as The People's Marathon and The Marathon of the Monuments, now celebrating its 32nd year. This popular annual race begins in Arlington, Virginia, crosses into Washington, D.C. and finishes in Arlington at the U.S. Marine Corps Memorial.

The 2007 Marine Corps Marathon takes place on October 28th with many other events scheduled during the weekend before and after the race.
