October State Fairs

October is a great month for state fairs in the southeastern seaboard states. The State Fair of Virginia is in full swing and continues until October 7, 2007. The Georgia National Fair, Georgia's state fair, kicks off on October 4, 2007, followed by the South Carolina State Fair, which opens on October 10, 2007 and the North Carolina State Fair, starting on October 12, 2007. Celebrating the agricultural heritage of the Southeast and more, these state fairs offer great fun for all ages.
