Virginia Festivals Celebrate African-American Heritage

Two upcoming annual festivals in Virginia celebrate African-American culture and heritage. The popular Umoja Festival takes place in Portsmouth August 3 - 5, 2007 and the Manassas African-American Heritage Festival takes place on August 4, 2007.
